Grace Willburn
First off - THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE! I'm so excited to "meet" you! I'm Grace - owner and lead planner here at Graceful Wedding & Event Planning. In my heart of hearts, I'm an outdoor lover and adventure seeker, as long as my family is by my side. I was born and raised in Texas but feel most at home in the mountains and moved here right after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2005. I love reading, hiking, skiing, camping, swimming, stand up paddle boarding and playing with my two wonderful kids!
I had the privilege of planning my first wedding in 2008 for a friend. She asked me if I would help her and I thought, "Well, that sounds like fun, why not!" After that first wedding, I was hooked! I love being able to help couples on one of the happiest days of their lives. From that day on I have been helping friends, friends of friends and those who become friends over the planning process. So, after many years of helping friends, I started Graceful Weddings & Event Planning in 2019. Now it's not just me! Graceful Weddings is a team of wonderful planners who are excited to help you with your wedding day. We cannot wait to hear your story and meet you oh-so-soon!
Stacy Pilkington
Stacy moved to Colorado in 2000 from New England. While it is beautiful there, she has always been drawn to the mountains and knew Colorado is where she wanted to be. Stacy loves hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, cooking, singing and spending time with her family. Stacy met her husband while living in Crested Butte in 2007 and married in 2011. Now they have two beautiful daughters, two dogs and love living in Buena Vista!
Stacy loved planning her own wedding and came on board with Graceful Wedding and Event Planning in 2020. Her favorite part is learning about the couples and how they met. She loves hearing the individual and unique stories that are specific to each couple, from the initial meeting to the engagement, She enjoys helping the couples make their day as stress free and organized as possible! What a blessing Stacy has been to our company and many couples over the years! We're so excited she's a part of our team!
Rhea Boyd
Rhea is delighted by creating stress-free, unforgettable weddings for couples who want their dream days brought to life. A Colorado native with deep family ties to the Arkansas Valley, Rhea returned to Buena Vista in 2022 and found that working in the local wedding industry allowed her to combine her love for the mountains and their natural beauty with her talent for organization and design. With a professional background in hospitality, administration, and accounting, she brings exceptional attention to detail and a calm, supportive presence to every event she coordinates.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Rhea hiking with her dog, rafting the Arkansas River, or relaxing at home with a book or her latest crafting endeavor. Rooted in community and inspired by love stories, Rhea is honored to help couples create timeless memories in the heart of the Collegiate Peaks.
